Users have three options:

1. If you want only local accounts then you can pay Microsoft $30 (I assume that’s US dollars);
2. You can use your Microsoft account and make sure OneDrive backup syncing is enabled;
3. You can spend 1000 Microsoft points whatever they are!

Here is the official link for Windows 10 life extension on Microshaft's website. You need to navigate to the bottom of the page. Look for "Windows 10 Extended Security Updates (ESU)".
