Bikes Portfolio - October 2024

Chronologically my 1st Bike - The Aquila, often referred to as "my Main Bike". Purchased in Bloor West Village approximately in 1998.

Chronologically my 2nd Bike - The Trek also referred to as the winter and trail bike and formerly referred to as the beater bike. It was a throwaway outside the front of the building which I recovered and rebuilt in 2019. It was missing a front wheel when recovered.

Chronologically my 3rd Bike - The Favorit road bike purchased in October 2022 from Dr. Jamie's Bikes in the Annex.

Chronologically my 4th Bike - The Fuji Declaration purchased in late January 2024 for a very good price. It is the 52 cm version. Up until now I have thought that the 55 cm version is probably the better choice for me but today (when I wrote this post on May 19, 2024) I was able to compare it to the Favorit road bike and found that the standover heights are essentially the same. The crank on the Fuji sits higher off the ground than that of the Favorit road bike.

Chronologically my 5th Bike - The Fuji Classic purchased late October 2024 for a very good price. It has a 56 cm seat tube, cross brake levers on the narrow compact drop bars.
